Multan Stationers is a wholesale and retail stationery business at Bohar Gate, Multan, Punjab, Pakistan, trading through its house brands SP Global Industries and Al Khair Copy. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Multan Stationers.

We need this to quote you, to make the goods to the right specification, and to contact you about the job. The specification is kept with the order so that if you later ask to change a detail, we can re-price exactly what you originally asked for.
To accept and deliver a shop order we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), delivery address, city, chosen payment method and any note you add to the order.
We do not take payments on this website. Payment is arranged directly with us by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer or cash on delivery. There is no card payment gateway on this site or in the app, so we never receive or store your card, CNIC or bank login details. If you send us money through a payment service, that service handles it under its own privacy policy, not ours.
The contact form takes your name, phone number and message and simply opens WhatsApp with that message ready to send. The form itself saves nothing on our website — the conversation then lives in WhatsApp, as described under "WhatsApp" below.
We share what we hold only in these situations:
We keep order and quote records as long as we need them for the job and for our business and tax records — normally up to seven years. Quote requests that never become orders are cleared out once they are no longer useful. You can ask us to delete your details sooner, as below.
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, the admin panel is password-protected and restricted to our own staff, and our database is not reachable from the public internet. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care of what you give us and we keep the amount we ask for as small as possible.
This website and app are meant for shopkeepers, schools, offices, publishers and adult customers. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from a child. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
You can, at any time, ask us to:
Just message us on WhatsApp or call the number below and say what you want done. We will deal with it within 30 days, and we will not charge you for it. To remove what the app has saved on your own device, clear the app's storage in Android settings or uninstall it.
If we change how we handle information — for example if we add online card payments or app notifications — we will update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. The current version is always at multanstationers.com/privacy.php.
